How Do We Structure Our Fee

 

Our first meeting will be a fact-finding mission to determine the type of event you want, the scope of the event and timing of the event.  Once we have that information, we will be able to estimate the number of hours it will take to produce the event from start to finish.  We will show you all of the anticipated tasks that will be needed to produce the event, and then you make the choice of having us do everything, or only some of the tasks.  Our fee is based only on what we are hired to do.
